OCM Appoints Representatives for the SEA Games Secretariat

The Olympic Council of Malaysia has appointed Mr. K Chandrashekran and Mr. A Nelson Chandran to represent OCM at the SEA Games Secretariat. Their duties have been clearly defined:

1. Accreditation of the SEAG Federation Family Members
2. Communication with SEAG Members
3. Technical Rules - streamline, publication, distribution, meetings, budgeting
4. Assist in the preparation of final reports
5. Assist in dealings with media
6. Co-ordinate volunteer programme of Associations
7. Co-ordinate accommodation, transport, liaison, programme of all technical officials and international delegates
8. Organisation of all SEAG Federation meetings
9. Provide regular reports to OCM President and Secretary General
10. Represent OCM at meetings as required by the President or Secretary General of OCM
11. Any other duty as directed by the President or Secretary General of OCM

Mr. Chandran was the Accreditation Manager during the 16th Commonwealth Games while Mr. Chandreshekran was the Communications Manager with Sukom 98 Berhad. With less than 6 months to go for the XXI SEA Games in September, they have a challenging task. However OCM is confident of their abilities.
