    Malaysian Cricket Association

    • What can we, minor sports like cricket, need to do so that we get regular coverage in all print media/electronic media?
    • Somtimes our reports are not carried at all.  What are the reasons?
    • What must we do so that the print media carries our reports?
    • Is the print media being biased -- huge space for popular sports and some times hardly any for minor sports?
    • Isn't it the role of the media to promote all sports and make our society a sports loving society?
    • How can the media play a role in promoting a minority sport emphasising on society?
    • Can the media play an effective role in influencing the government and society the importance of sports so that "Sports become part of our lives" more so in an diverse society of ours?

    Malaysian Paralympic Council

    • What is the right approach to get the media, in particular the print media, to be involved in any sporting events or programmes organised by Malaysian Sports Council or with any other disabled sports organisations?
    • Most of the sporting events/programmes organised by the bodies insports for the disabled, such as the Malaysian Paralympic Council hardly gets any coverage from the media.  Reasons given by most print media is that they have not enough space.   At times we feel that there is some sort of discrimination or at least lack of media interest towards sports of the disabled.  Please repond.
  • Door gifts will be provided for the participants, which comprises of a sling bag with the OCM and Astro logo and a coffee mug.
